Retainer Packages

JK Virtual Office Resources is pleased to offer retainer packages for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month. By purchasing a retainer package, clients ensure continued and ongoing support when they need it. Retainer packages can easily be the most cost-effective option as it allows us to be come more familiar with you, your business and your business practices. In this way, we can use our expertise to suggest ways to optimize and systemitize tasks and processes for maximum effectivenes and efficiency.

Retainer hours must be used within the month they are purchased and unused time does not carry over. Retainer packages are paid in full at the beginning of each month.

JK Virtual Office Resources will work with you to help determine the number of retainer hours that would work best for you and your business. Clients with retainer packages will receive a discount off the regular hourly rate depending on the total number of hours retained per month. Listed below are the rates the varying levels of retainer packages:(Dollar amounts quoted are for USD)

JK Virtual Office Resources will develop customized retainer packages for clients who are interested in purchasing more than 25 hours per month.

Hours needed over the reserved amount will be charged at the discounted hourly rate for that retainer package.

Per Project Pricing

JK Virtual Office Resources offers a Per Project Pricing arrangement for clients who have a specific project or task. Per Project Pricing provides you with a customized estimate and proposal based on your needs and goals.

The Per Project Pricing feature is based on a rate between $28 and $35 (USD) per hour depending on the type and scope of the project. The hourly rate is applied to the estimated number of hours needed to complete the project. This provides the client with the ability to budget how much a project will cost and prevents any surprises or cost over-runs at the time of final invoicing.

The price of the project will only change if the scope of the project changes.

This type of arrangement can be done for a one time only project or for re-occurring projects that do not change much in type or scope.

A deposit is due prior to the start of any work. Deposits will be applied towards balance due as work is completed.

We are pleased to offer a special discount for non-profit organizations and community service agencies. Please contact us for details.

Hourly Rate

For clients who prefer an hourly billing option or for projects and tasks that are more suited to an hourly rate, JK Virtual Office Resources will track and bill time at $35 per hour. There is a one hour minimum and then billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.

Additional Fees

Fees in addition to the hourly rate or retainer rate may be applied when necessary. Clients will be notified of any additional fees before they are incurred. Additional fees may include postage, specialty office supplies or stationary, printing costs, courier or shipping costs and mileage.

JK Virtual Office Resources recognizes that sometimes the need arises for a project to be completed with a quicker than usual turnaround. We are happy to consider rush service requests. Rush service requests may be subject to a 25% surcharge.

Payment

Personal and business checks, money orders and cashier checks are all accepted as payment. Credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal.

Invoices for Per Project clients are sent out every other week and monthly for retainer clients. Pay-As-You-Go hourly clients are billed at the end of each week. Payment is due upon receipt.

Referrals

Client referrals to JK Virtual Office Resources are greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted. A new client referral that results in a signed contract can receive either a 10% discount or $25 off their next invoice (whichever is greater).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, our privacy policy is outlined in detail in our Welcome Packet which is provided to you at the time a contract for service is signed.

We do not share your information with any outside parties unless required to do so by law. All information collected about you or your business is kept confidential. We use return email addresses to respond to email received. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with outside parties. (Believe us, we detest spam as much as you do.)
